Refund and Return Policy:

  • We accept authorized returns within a 15-day period for a refund or exchange*
  • All merchandise must be returned in new, mint condition (including the vendors box) with all original packaging and tags to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Pack your item in a outer new shipping carton. Do not ship your package back without a outer carton or it will not be accepted for return. Furniture must be returned in all of the original packing (including crates) in order to be eligible for a return.
  • On items shipped free, we will deduct the original shipping charge. Unfortunately we do not refund shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.
  • Closeouts, Specials, Earrings, Rings, Sized Items, Stemware and Viz Art Glass Wall Art & All Chandeliers are final sale. 

* Mary Frances Bags & Accessories are exchangeable only. Mary Frances products are only eligible for exchange if they are brand new with tags attached.
* All Viz Art Glass is returnable with a 25% restocking fee upon approval from Viz Glass.
* No returns on special orders, coupon sales, closeouts, clearance items, chandeliers, wall art, specials, overstocks, earrings, sized items (such as rings). * Orders over $500 or multiples of 12 or more are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Dinnerware, Flatware, or Stemware are all final sale. Orders over $500 are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
* On any shipments with that items are confirmed missing, we offer replacements only. No refunds.

* Crislu Jewelry: Rings and Earrings are not returnable, they are final sale. Necklaces and Bracelets are exchangeable only within 15 days.

* Kinzig Lamps are Special Order and sold as Final Sale. Defective Lamps may be replaced as reviewed by Kinzig.

In Store Purchases Made March 1 thru March 13th: We are accepting returns on qualified in-store purchases as our retail store is closed. Please contact us on how to proceed, Click Here

Christmas / Holiday Seasonal items are not returnable.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if they have not shipped. All cancellation requests must be made by email only.
If an order has shipped and you refuse delivery you will be responsible for the freight charges both ways (to you and the return). There will also be a 25% restocking fee.
