Refund and Return Policy:

  • We accept authorized returns within a 15-day period for a refund or exchange*. Do not make a return without authorization, it will not be accepted.
  • All merchandise must be returned in new, original mint condition (including the undamaged vendor box if item comes with one) with all original packaging and tags to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Pack your item in an outer new shipping carton. Do not ship your package back without an outer carton or it will not be accepted for return. Furniture must be returned in all of the original packing (including crates) in order to be eligible for a return. 
  • You have 5 days to return an order after you get authorization. The item must be shipped within the 5 days of authorization. If you return an item outside of that timeframe you will only be eligible for a store credit.
  • If your item is returned damaged we will not process a return. If you want the item back you will be responsible for the shipping back to you.
  • Items that are returned or exchanged will have the actual shipping/handling charges deducted from their refund. On items shipped free, we will deduct the actual shipping/handling charge. Unfortunately we do not refund shipping/handling charges.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.
  • Closeouts, Specials, Earrings, Rings, Sized Items, Stemware, Wall Art,  Mirrors, Mirror Trays, Lighting and Viz Art Glass are final sale and not returnable. 
  • Orders over $500 or items ordered in quantities of 6 or more are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
  • Judaica: All Judaica is Final Sale
  • Christmas: All Christmas merchandise is final sale. Items purchased for Christmas gifts will have the return period extended to Jan.10th.

REFUND BRAND EXCEPTIONS

  • Ahdorned products are only eligible for store credit if they are brand new with tags attached. Closeouts & Suede bags excluded.
  • Melie Bianco products are only eligible for store credit if they are brand new with tags attached.
  • Daum Crystal - 25% Restocking fee on returned orders.
  • Mary Frances - Store credit only, closeouts and masks excluded*
  • Ahdorned - Store credit only, closeouts excluded* Suede bags are final sale
  • Viz Art Glass* - No Returns without authorization by Viz Glass. All wired fixtures are sold as final sale. All returns subject to 25% Restocking Fee.
  • Legend of Asia - Store credit only, 20% Restocking Fee
  • Uttermost - There is a 25% restocking fee on all orders being returned for buyers remorse. All wired fixtures and mirrors are sold as final sale
  • Think Outside - All Think Outside is sold as final sale, no returns.
  • Tozai & Twos Company are only eligible for store credit with a 25% restocking fee upon approval.
  • Orrefors & Kosta Boda - Store Credit Only and a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • Crislu Jewelry - All Crislu purchases are not returnable, they are final sale.
  • Beatriz Ball - All Judaica & Closeouts are sold as final sale
  • All wired fixtures (Lighting) are sold as final sale.

* No returns on Black Friday items, special orders, coupon sales, closeouts, clearance items, chandeliers, wall art, wall mirrors, specials, overstocks, earrings, sized items (such as rings).
* Orders over $500 or items ordered in quantities of 6 or more are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
*Dinnerware, Flatware, or Stemware are all final sale.
*Orders over $500 are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
* On any shipments with items are confirmed missing, we offer replacements or store credit only. No refunds.
* On any order that has been paid for with a store credit issued on an exchange/return, this is a final sale and is not returnable.

Christmas / Holiday Seasonal items are not returnable.

If you place an order and get free shipping and then cancel any part of the order to make it fall below the free shipping level, you will be responsible for the standard shipping charges.

Cancellations:

  • When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.
  • Any and all change requests must be made by email only.

If an order has shipped and you refuse delivery you will be responsible for the freight charges both ways (to you and the return). There will also be a 25% restocking fee.
