We collect tax (7%) on all sales in Florida.
Back-Orders & Special-Orders:
·We will charge you for all items that are back-ordered at the time you place your order.
·These back-orders become Special Orders for you.
·You have the option of cancelling the special order at any time as long as your item has not shipped.
·A Special Order may be a item that we may not keep in stock all of the time, we need to know that we have your firm commitment in advance of us making arrangements to get you this item.
* Images are required on any order received in error. A image of the item and an image of the label on the box (if available) are required in order to process a replacement.
Cancellations
*When an order is placed, you are charged and it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.
·All cancellation requests must be made by email only.
·If an order has shipped and you refuse delivery you will be responsible for the freight charges both ways (to you and the return). There will also be a 25% restocking fee.
Store Credits
Store credits are valid for 1 year and can only be used on this site. Store Credits can not be reissued.
Sizes & Colors
All colors and sizes are done from manufacturer information or measurements of actual samples. Due to differences in computer resolutions, the colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Sizes/colors may also vary slightly especially on handmade products.
Free/Bonus Gifts
On occasion we offer free or bonus gifts with purchase. We reserve the right to substitute a similar item if the original free or bonus gift has sold out.
